About this place
The dish that diners repeatedly mention at Kitchen Taku is its rich cream-sauce pasta with prosciutto and mushrooms. Some say the prosciutto and cream sauce complement each other; one mushroom lover ordered it with high expectations and found it especially memorable. The restaurant presents it as a speciality. Try it as the main event at lunch, or pair it with starters and wine at dinner.
For lunch, Parmesan risotto is another option. One diner remarked that the rice was cooked just right and that there was plenty of cheese, making it a welcome alternative to pasta. Starters include a burrata and melon caprese and shrimp and king oyster mushroom ajillo; bread can be ordered with the latter. For a more substantial evening meal, the menu also features a 200g herb-grilled pork and a rib-eye steak from Hokkaido-grown Onuma beef.
This bistro is in the Hosaka Building in Otsuka, on floor 1. It offers dine-in service and has counter seating. Lunch and dinner are served, and the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays.
